Background: In our experience, industry knowledge gained in polytechnics or vocational training schools is limited; it is often necessary to supplement this with specialist knowledge acquired in-house. For this purpose we organise intensive seminars and informative events to help employees and managers work even more effectively. The subjects covered in our seminars and events range from employment law to personnel policy and management to social policy. We also offer training events for works councils and seminars for interns and young adults.
