The AGV HessenChemie

1. Holds up the collective tariff and socio-political interests of its members against unions, the government and administrative bodies in the State of Hesse.
2. Represents its members in all tariff, labor and social law issues.
3. Assists companies with human resource management through comprehensive consultation and employee qualification measures.
4. Communicates the sociopolitical concerns of its member companies to the public, the Labor Union for the Mining, Chemistry and Energy Branch (Industriegewerkschaft Bergbau, Chemie, Energie) (IG BCE) and to the media.
